Yes. All our wigs and toppers are made of 100% real human hair—soft, natural, and durable. You can curl, straighten, dye, or restyle them just like your own hair.


2. Are the items brand new? Why are they on clearance?

Yes, all products are brand new and unused. We are clearing out excess inventory from discontinued styles, factory overstock, or past seasonal collections. That’s why you’re getting them at up to 80% off.


3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 5–12 business days. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.


4. How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package is on the way.


5. Can I return a wig or topper if I don’t like it?

Yes, but only if the item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging, with lace and tags intact. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or altered products. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Yes! Since our products are made from real human hair, they can be curled, straightened, blow-dried, and styled just like your own hair.

  • Air dry when possible

  • Store on a mannequin head or stand to keep its shape

10. I made a mistake in my order. Can I change it?
